Come home to yourself in this 2 hour Reiki Circle Experience — a sacred space to slow down, connect with your energy, and feel held in community. Whether you’re new to energy work or simply feeling called to deepen your awareness, this gathering invites you to tune into your inner wisdom and the life force that flows within and all around you.
Together, we’ll explore what energy is, how to sense it, and how to begin clearing and protecting your own energetic field. Through guided meditation, breath work, gentle awareness practices, and heart centered conversation, you’ll learn to work with energy in a way that feels intuitive, grounded, and aligned with your spirit.
You’ll also be invited to bring a small personal item to place on our communal altar (something you’d like to infuse with intention and group energy). We’ll close with a restful Reiki experience where you’ll be guided to receive healing energy while lying down in stillness, supported by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and a peaceful, nurturing environment.
Come as you are, no Reiki training or experience is required. This circle is open to anyone curious about energy, healing, and connection.

Kelli is an E-RYT®️, YACEP®️, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, and spiritual mentor who has been devoted to the path of yoga, energy healing and embodied awakening since 2008. She specializes in Yin Yoga and is also trained in Yinki® —a deeply restorative fusion of yin yoga, Reiki, and sound healing.
Kelli studied Yoga Therapy at Loyola Marymount University and completed both the Healing From Within® Mentor Certification and the Certified Integrative Healer Training through the Tranquility School of Integrative Healing in Encinitas, California. Her teachings are rooted in the subtle body, the nervous system, and the unseen energetic realms.
Through energy work, spiritual mentorship, and somatic practices, Kelli guides sensitive women, empaths, and caretakers into spaces of deep stillness, energetic clarity, and inner trust. Her work is an invitation to slow down, soften, and remember your divine nature.
With a grounded presence and a heart attuned to the sacred, Kelli offers healing as a return to self—where body, spirit, and soul reconnect in harmony.
