SPIRIT + SONICS
A special concept for electronic music + spiritual health launches on Sunday 17th November in east London.

This 3-hour experience takes place in one of Hackney Wick's last-remaining original warehouse spaces as a 2-part workshop.

¨Part 1 is a masterclass by Sophie Arkana guiding accessible breath techniques and deep meditative movement, inspired by the ancient practice of Kundalini. Sophie will soundtrack on the decks and the venue's Martin Audio soundsystem whilst guiding.

For part 2 Bruno Cabral Half Baked / Bar Number 90 will lead a sonic experience. Everyone will lie down to receive specific hertz that Bruno arranges live, to clear physical and energetic blocks using the frequency and power of sound.
