Join Us for the Spirit Centered Sound Bath in Port Hardy
This Indigenous-led sound bath experience offers a space for rest, reflection, and reconnection through the use of crystal singing bowls and grounding sound. Rooted in wholistic wellness, the session supports balance across mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Step into a space of sound, stillness, and gentle restoration. This guided sound bath weaves together crystal bowls and grounding rhythms to support relaxation and inner balance. Rooted in connection—to self, to breath, and to the present moment—this experience offers a pause to reset and return with clarity.
A small number of seats offered on a sliding scale as part of a give-back commitment to community. Priority is given to:

Wellness service providers
Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillow or eye pillow - things to make your experience comforable while on the floor.
If you have mobility challenges, we can have chair options to sit on.
Kim is Cree from Lac La Ronge, Saskatchewan, and has lived most of her life in British Columbia. She brings over 20 years of experience working with Indigenous communities in sport, wellness, and leadership. Her work focuses on creating relational, inclusive spaces that support connection and growth.
Kim integrates sound healing, herbal tea practices, and land-based approaches to support wholistic well-being across mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. Grounded in Indigenous ways of knowing, she creates experiences where participants can pause, reflect, and reconnect.
Her work supports Indigenous economic participation while offering meaningful, restorative experiences.
