Having begun her musical career as the frontperson of Victoria’s Carmanah, Dream-pop artist MIINA continues her solo journey with the release of her debut full-length album, Where The Light Goes, due out March 20, 2026. Nielsen (City and Colour) and Gus Van Go (The Beaches, Metric), the album marks a bold and exciting new chapter.Where The Light Goes is a journey through light and shadow, playfulness and urgency, grief and resilience. From the fiery courage of “Bridge on Fire” to the sassy defiance of “Live My Life on Holiday,” from the post-apocalyptic reckoning of “Archetypal Life” to the warmth and connection of “Push It,” each track invites listeners to feel deeply, think boldly and move freely.
