Spirit & Wine Pull Charity Dinner

Join us at Red Bird for an evening of good food and great company—all for a meaningful cause. Your ticket includes a 4 course dinner with wine or beer, with 100% of proceeds benefiting SKAL RDU's scholarship fund, which supports the next generation of tourism and hospitality professionals.
Throughout the evening, several spirit distributors will be on hand offering samples and a cash bar. Tickets for our blind spirit and wine pull will also be available for purchase, with each ticket guaranteeing a quality bottle to take home!

SKAL RDU is a professional organization that connects tourism and hospitality leaders and supports education and the future of the industry through local scholarships. In addition to the pulls, guests can bid on a variety of exciting silent auction items throughout the evening. Whether you’re a spirits enthusiast, a wine lover, or simply passionate about giving back, this is a night you won’t want to miss.

First Course
Charred Caesar Salad: Shaved parmesan, charred romaine, house-made Caesar dressing, crostini
Vegan option: Mixed greens with tomato, red onion, and balsamic dressing

Second Course
Beef Carpaccio: Thinly sliced tenderloin, walnut emulsion, crispy capers, micro beet greens
Vegan option: Beet Carpaccio with toasted walnuts, maple syrup, crispy capers, and micro beet greens

Third Course
Grilled Prawns: Head-on prawns grilled with garlic and lemon, served over tagliatelle in white wine olive oil sauce
Vegan option: Pasta Primavera with mushrooms, eggplant, roasted peppers, and extra virgin olive oil

Dessert
Blood Orange Semolina Cake
Vegan option: Blood Orange & Prosecco Granita
