Transitions LifeCare Campus & Hospice Home Tours

Join us for a tour of our campus, including the gardens, grief installations, sanctuary, and hospice home. These tours are available to the public on the 2nd Friday of the month at 2:30, and on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 5:30.

This is a short walking tour of the buildings and grounds on mostly flat surfaces. Restrooms are available. Let us know if you or anyone in your party needs accommodations.
