45 Min Sound & Energy Healing Session run by women for women!
Sound healing is an ancient meditative practise that uses different musical implements to create healing vibrations around the body in a meditative state. Using Quartz crystal bowls frequencies for healing different parts of the body and mind. during this deep mediation experience, you will be guided to relax and let you of any stress and tension you might be holding onto and accept the sound energy into the body to promote healing so you can step into the world feeling refreshed and revived. Listen to the sounds of the bowls as you journey deep within and experience hands on energy healing to deepen your experience and help you move through life with more ease and grace.
These sessions are run by women and aimed at women who want to come together to rest, release and revive.
