Spiral Serenity Sound Bath is a 60-minute biweekly sound immersion designed to nourish your body, quiet your mind, and restore your natural sense of ease. Each session weaves together the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments with intuitive movement, mindful breathwork, and guided integration practices.
This offering invites you to arrive just as you are, honoring your own pace and needs. Through sound and embodied presence, you will find space to soften tension, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with your inner stillness. Each class concludes with a simple sound healing practice to support your wellbeing beyond the studio, integrating harmony and grounded presence into your daily life.
