Join us for an immersive sound bath celebrating the full spectrum of queer identity, expression, and existence. This gentle, restorative offering invites you to rest, reconnect, and resonate with the many layers of who you are — individually and collectively.
Guided by the healing frequencies of crystal bowls, chimes, voice, and earth-honoring instruments, we’ll travel through a sound journey rooted in community, pride, and presence. Whether you're seeking restoration, reflection, or a deeper connection to your queerness, you are welcome here — in all your colors and forms.
October’s sound journey is a celebration and invocation of Queer Magic and Mysticism—the innate, ancient, and wildly beautiful power that lives within our bodies, identities, and lineages. Through the healing resonance of sound, we will awaken the queer mystic within: the part of you that is undefinable, untamed, and unapologetically sacred.
Let this be a ritual of reclamation to dissolve binaries, cast off shame, and embrace your inner mystic or witch. You are invited to come as you are—soft or fierce, loud or quiet, cloaked or glittering.
Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided, but please bring an additional blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you feel cozy and held. No experience necessary — just a willingness to receive and rest.
All identities, bodies, and expressions are celebrated. A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to Bangor Pride in support of their ongoing work to uplift, celebrate, and advocate for our local LGBTQ+ Community.
** We are on the 4th floor (with no elevator)
** We request no outdoor shoes be used in the Spiral Studio. If you need to wear shoes, please bring indoor shoes to help protect our floors as well as your feet.
** In order to participate in our classes and events, we require all participants to sign a standard liability waiver. You can do this ahead of time by creating a fitDEGREE account and pre-registering or we can help you with the process when you arrive.
