This is a scent-free ritual. A negative COVID test will be required for entry. Please bring a picture of a negative COVID test taken on November 1st. We will have a limited supply of tests available on-site for a fee.
As the Wheel of the Year turns to Samhain (All Hallows Eve/Hallowe’en), the veil grows thinner between our world and the spirit realm, bringing us ever closer to our Beloved Dead….
In these challenging and brutal times, we need the help and guidance of the ancestors as never before
Join us in-person at the Richmond Auditorium or online for our ritual. Our intention is: with hearts broken open, we channel our love and rage into action to defend Justice and the Sacred! Doors open at 4pm, ritual starts at 5pm.
The event will be recorded for future viewing. Every effort will be made to maintain the anonymity of our community, but by attending the in-person event, you are consenting to being recorded and broadcast. If you would like access to the recording, please consider donating to help us fundraise for next year's Spiral Dance. No one will be turned away from accessing the recording. Spiral Dance is not only an annual tradition over the last 46 years but it is Reclaiming's most important FUNdraiser!! To hold an in-person and online Spiral Dance, we have expenses including renting Richmond Auditorium, help to live-stream the event, compensation for contributions of indigenous people, and more. The Spiral Dance has run at a loss since coming back in person. Please place yourself generously on the sliding scale if possible.
