Welcome to join Inside Flow Yoga class to all level, you gently move from one posture to another carried by the music. The music can enhance awareness and connect people & as a powerful tool to reach the hearts of practitioners. If you are not a music person then this class may not be the ideal choice. Inside Flow yoga moves with music—each pose, each breath, a step in the story. You are singing a song with your body. and the most important factor is finding a practice that resonates with you and helps you achieve health and happiness. so I look forward to welcome flow with me. We're a grocery & cafe so come for the yoga and stay for coffee, and space to hang out.

Notes: Coffee is not FREE but Yoga classes is free ! donations are welcome. Limited capacity to 10 people max. this time Requiring attendees to "sign in" instead of simply showing up so allows for better planning of logistics like seating.
