Spin along with us for Domestic Abuse.

We are hosting a spinning session in honour of survivors of domestic abuse during the white ribbon period (16 days of campaigning against male violence against women and girls).

This will be held on Tuesday 26th November from 2.30 to 4.30 at Soulcycle in Soho. Details will be shared upon registration. There are 64 bikes available – no experience necessary.

Minimum donation is £30 and all money will go towards supporting CNWL responses to addressing perpetrator behaviour. All those attending get the opportunity to choose a favourite survivor tune for the session.
