Finishing up ‘Pole Composition level 1,’ our four week series, we’re stepping into our ‘Spin Pole level 1.5’ class. This class focuses on building more strength on the foundations of level 1, exploring spins, climbing, positioning, and safe transitions with strength and ease. There’s emphasis on strength building as we’re preparing for our inverts that will be introduced in level 2.
✨This is a 4 week class where we will have a heavy mixture of strength, flexibility, and flow between moves. A reminder there will be a test at the end of each 4 week program to move onto the next level, that information will be given to you at the first week of every class.
✨This class is a prerequisite for the upcoming ‘Pole Inverters level 2’ class. 4-week series: $70.
✨This class meets every Saturday dates: October 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th from 5-6:30pm.
