WELCOME TO SPIN & SWEAT! - your new high energy spin workout classes taking place on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
They will be intense, exciting and very rewarding! Whether you're a spinning pro or just wanna break a sweat, this is the spin class for you.
Featuring musical vibes from the sounds of AFRO HOUSE, AMAPIANO, DANCEHALL, REGGAE, SOCA…the mood will be set! It's going to be 50 minutes of high energy, rhythm and fun so don't miss out on the opportunity to boost your health while having a great time! Lace up and let's spin, pump, sweat, vibe and burn calories together!
Important info: All participants must arrive 15 minutes before start time so we can get organised and start on time. If you’re late, will you miss out on the class — no exceptions so please be on time. A seating plan may be done on the day so don’t be offended if I swap you around with someone.
