WELCOME TO SPIN & SWEAT WITH RAHMEL AKA MR. VEGAN MUSCLE! - your new high energy spin workout classes taking place on Saturday mornings.
Whether you're a newbie, experienced rider or just wanna break a sweat to great music, then these are the spin classes for you! 🚴🏾♂️
They will be intense, exciting but very rewarding as you're pushed to your limits with a mix of interval training, strength training and choreography 🔥.
Featuring musical vibes from the sounds of AFRO HOUSE, AMAPIANO, DANCEHALL, REGGAE, SOCA and more - The mood will be set for each class with a different playlist each time! 🎶

IMPORTANT INFO:
- All participants must arrive 15 minutes before start time so we can get set up and start on time.
- If you’re late, you may not be let into the class and you could miss out on the class so please be on time (SEE AGENDA BELOW).
- A seating plan may be done on the day so please don’t be offended if you're asked to swap with someone.
- A videographer/photographer may be preset during the class.
