Who’s Speed Friending for?
Anyone in the community who wants to meet new people. Whether you’re new in town, have had a big life change, want to expand your social network, or just want to try something new, this event is for you.
A relaxed, guided social experience experience to meet new people. Not a party, not networking and not dating. Couples, singles, and adults of any age are welcome.
By bringing together people from different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, you’ll have the chance to learn something new, broaden your horizons, and make connections that might not happen anywhere else.

The bar will be open throughout the event if you’d like to grab a drink on arrival or during a break.
Many people choose to stay on afterwards for a casual drink and chat. You’re very welcome to continue the conversation, or head off when you’re ready — entirely up to you.

What is Speed Friending?
Speed Friending is designed to spark genuine connections, not just small talk. It’s a fun, relaxed way to meet like-minded people in a friendly, pressure-free environment, making it easy and natural to form new friendships.

💬 You’ll have a series of quick, fun one-on-one chats (about 5 minutes per round). When the bell rings, you’ll move on to someone new.
📇 Conversation cards will be available to help spark ideas.
💡 It’s OK to Come Alone – most attendees will, and you’ll be warmly welcomed.
