Celebrate Women in Sport Week by join this outdoor adventure walking series!

What to expect-

Delivered by a qualified outdoor instructor, this programme will provide you with the opportunity to learn basic navigational skills, increase knowledge of regional flora & fauna & leave no trace principals, add nature-based experiences to your toolkit and build social connections through shared experiences.

• Week 1 – 6th of March - Deerpark Mountain, Bunclody,
• Week 2 – 13th of March - Coolmelagh Walking Trail, Bunclody
• Week 3 – 20th of March - Forth Mountain, Carrigfoyle Quarry Trail,
• Week 4 – 10th of April - White Mountain, Rathnure,
• Week 5 – 17th of April - Askamore Woods, Gorey,
• Week 6 – 1st of May - Annagh Hill, Ballythomas, Gorey

Each walk will start at 9.30am and run untill approx 1.30pm with a snack stop inbetween. You must book in for each walk individually at a charge of €3 per a walk. Only individuals who have pre-registered for each walk will be permitted to attend. All registered participants will recieve an email with the meeting location the week of each walk. There are limited numbers so early registration is encouraged. Please also note some dates are subject to change due to weather advisories however all participants will be contacted directly.
