Speed dating is a social event intended to provide guests with the opportunity to meet new people in a fun, respectful, and welcoming environment. Grayze Wine Bar does not guarantee that participants will form romantic, social, or professional connections as a result of attending.

Grayze Wine Bar does not conduct criminal background checks, identity verification, or screening of participants. Attendance does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or representation regarding any attendee's character, background, intentions, or conduct.

Participants are solely responsible for their own decisions, interactions, and personal safety during and after the event. Any communication or meetings that occur outside of the event are entirely at the participant's own discretion and risk.

All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow participants and Grayze staff. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, unwanted physical contact, excessive intoxication, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Grayze reserves the right to remove any participant from the event without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the welcoming environment we strive to create.

Alcoholic beverages should be consumed responsibly. Grayze Wine Bar reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest in accordance with applicable law and responsible service practices.

By attending this event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation, including interactions with other attendees. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Grayze Wine Bar, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation in the event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Participant information and match selections will be used solely for facilitating event matches and related event communications. Contact information will only be shared when there is a mutual match between participants.

Photos or videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in marketing materials unless you notify a Grayze team member upon arrival.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Grayze Wine Bar. Tickets may be transferred to another eligible participant with advance notice and approval.
