Specialty Story Time

Join us at Birdie Books for a joyful and engaging storytime with local author and pediatric speech-language pathologist Emily Ferjencik, designed especially for children ages 0–5 and their caregivers.

Emily will read her interactive board book, Neigh, Quack, Moo…What More Can You Do?, a playful story that goes beyond animal sounds to help little ones build early communication skills through gestures, interaction, imitation, and play. With a focus on connection and back-and-forth interaction, this storytime is both fun and meaningful for growing minds.
