About this Event
In consideration of you registering/attending this event, I, the participant, intending to be legally bound do hereby waive and forever release any and all rights and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against the Birdie Books, and all of their agents assisting with the event, sponsors and their representatives, volunteers and employees for any and all injuries to me or my personal property. This release includes all injuries and/or damages suffered by me before, during or after the group walk. I assume all risks associated with walking in this program including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, traffic, and course conditions, and waive any and all claims which I might have based on any of those and other risks typically found in walking. I acknowledge all such risks are known and understood by me. By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above release and waiver.
About this Event
We’ll meet at Birdie Books at 8:00 AM before heading out on a relaxed 20ish-minute group walk while listening to our current audiobooks, favorite narrators, or simply enjoying a little quiet morning movement together. We’ll end at the café, where you’re welcome to grab a coffee or breakfast to go, or stay and chat with fellow book lovers about your latest audiobook obsessions and recommendations.
Whether you’re deep into fantasy epics, memoirs, thrillers, or romance, this is a fun and low-pressure way to connect with other readers (and listeners!) in the community.
This event is free to attend! Strollers are welcome but please leave all pets at home.
