In this Yoga Nidra session, Syd will lead you through a guided meditation involving visualization, intention setting, sense perception, and breathwork. Yoga Nidra is also called “yogic sleep” or “nest yoga” where you settle into the tranquil, in-between phase - the mind is awake and calm,but the body is in a fully relaxed state similar to sleep. This practice is rejuvenating and a perfect way to reset the mind and relax the body. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring pillows, blankets and your own mat (or let us know if you need one).
