Wednesday, February 18th - North Richland Hills, Texas – Platinum Music Complex — Operation Rock The Troops is honored to invite all veterans, families, and community members to a powerful and historic evening celebrating healing, brotherhood, and the untold stories of Vietnam veterans. This special event will feature an exclusive Vietnam Veteran Documentary Q&A centered around the reunion of three U.S. Marine Helicopter Pilots who are meeting again for the first time since 1969 as they prepare to return to Vietnam together in search of peace and closure.

The evening will be hosted by acclaimed Actor and Director Glenn Morshower and seven-time Emmy Award winner Matthew JC, director of the upcoming Vietnam documentary series, Finding Peace. Together, they will guide the audience through an inspiring program designed to honor service, amplify veteran voices, and begin meaningful conversations around healing and legacy.

The three featured Vietnam veterans include:

• L.A. Olsen — Marine helicopter pilot, featured veteran in the documentary, and author of the award-winning book Are You With Me (available on Amazon)
• Allen C. Allen — U.S. Marine Corps helicopter pilot
• Tony S. — U.S. Marine Corps helicopter pilot

These three brothers-in-arms have not seen each other in over five decades. Their emotional reunion and upcoming return to Vietnam will be documented as part of a new film and podcast series focused on helping veterans find peace, reconnect with their past, and share their truth with future generations.

Event Program Highlights:
• Opening Musical Performance
Marine Veteran Artist Josh Stone McDade will open the evening with a live performance, setting the tone for a night of reflection, unity, and purpose.

• Keynote Address
Shilo Harris, U.S. Army veteran and Purple Heart recipient, will deliver an inspiring keynote on resilience, healing, and the power of speaking up after trauma.

• Live Documentary Q&A
Audience members will participate in a live, interactive question-and-answer session with L.A. Olsen, Allen C., Tony S., Glenn Morshower, and Matthew JC. Veterans and attendees will be encouraged to ask questions, share reflections, and engage directly with the storytellers.

• Vietnam Veteran Story Filming Opportunity
In partnership with Operation Rock The Troops, any Vietnam veteran who wishes to share their personal story will have the opportunity to sign up to be filmed. These stories will be:

• Submitted to the Library of Congress
• Considered for inclusion in the upcoming Vietnam Documentary Series
• Featured in a new Vietnam Veterans Podcast

Operation Rock The Troops believes that speaking up is one of the first steps toward healing—and that Vietnam veterans, in particular, were never fully given their chance to be heard, honored, or understood. This event is designed to change that.

For many Vietnam veterans, the war never truly ended. This evening provides a safe, respectful space for connection, remembrance, and storytelling. It honors not only those who served, but also the emotional journeys they’ve carried for over 50 years. By capturing these stories now, we preserve a vital chapter of American history while offering veterans a chance to release what they’ve held inside for decades.
