Get ready—because the Pathfinder Merit Badge College is coming to Tarrant County College Northeast Campus on February 21 and March 28, and it’s going to be BIG!🎉 AND WE WANT YOU ON OUR TEAM! 🎉
We have the opportunity to offer up to 44 Merit Badges, and to make that happen, we need enthusiastic, passionate Merit Badge Counselors who are ready to inspire the next generation of Scouts.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it):
⭐ Teach your Merit Badge for one hour on each date
⭐ Support Scouts as they finish up requirements
⭐ Be open to connecting with Scouts as a Counselor even after the College wraps up
But this isn’t your average sit-and-stare-at-a-PowerPoint kind of class, we’re looking for counselors who can bring the spark! Help us create sessions that are hands-on, high-energy, and memorable. We want Scouts walking away thinking, “That was AWESOME, I’m totally coming back next year!”
