About this Event
The Original Pinettes Brass Band (all female brass band from New Orleans) will be in town for Austin Blues Fest. They have agreed to host a song share workshop with us.
General plan:
Call time: 10am (warm up and socialize)
Start time: 10:30am (Pinettes will play and explain their music)
Sectionals: 10:45am (split into sections and learn the new tunes by ear)
Full band: 11:30 (come together and jam with the Pinettes)

Meet NE of the corner at Nash Hernandez Sr. Rd. and Chicon St.
There is often free parking in the lot on Chicon right behind our meetup spot, or free street parking as well. We can move to the shelter at 2101 Jesse E. Segovia St, Austin, TX 78702 in case of rain.
