About Deborah:
Deborah Pierce is a KW MAPS Coach, KWU Instructor, and BOLD coach with over a decade of experience in real estate sales, investment, and professional development. As the founder and leader of The Red Star Team at Keller Williams Realty Acadiana in Lafayette, Louisiana, Deborah has earned a place on the RealTrends Top 1000 Realtors in the United States every year since 2018, having sold more than 2,000 homes in that time. She holds the distinction of being the first Millionaire Real Estate Agent in her market.
