What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a freeform, meditative movement practice where there are no steps to learn and no right or wrong ways to move. It’s an invitation to listen deeply to your body, follow the rhythm of the music, and let movement arise naturally. In this space, we let go of judgment, expectation, and performance, and simply move as we are.

Expect eclectic styles and multi genre selection with a soulful and funky undercurrent, intricate grooves and bodacious basslines stretching back from the 70's to the present day. Everything from relaxing etheral tones to brazilian funk, dub reggae funky house and high energy jungle/drum n bass. A real journey through music and time

Families & Children
We warmly welcome children who would like to dance and can engage with the space in its spirit. Babies in slings or little ones who can relax quietly at the side are also welcome. To keep the dancefloor safe for everyone, we kindly ask that children are either dancing or resting, rather than running or playing. This helps us hold a safe, mindful container for all.
