End your week with deep relaxation and renewal. 🌙💖 This 60-minute session, combines 20mins gentle stretch with therapeutic sound healing and 40 mins sound bath with meditation to support relaxation and balance. An addtional warm eyemask provided to deepen the relxation.

Using Tibetan singing bowls and soothing frequencies to release tension, calm the mind, and restore balance. 🎶💆‍♀️
