Corporate & Entrepreneurial Background

A graduate of Fudan University and former China Sales Director at Procter & Gamble (P&G). In 2014, she ventured into entrepreneurship, successfully scaling multiple brands from inception to hundred-million-yuan revenue milestones. Under her leadership, her brands have garnered prestigious accolades, including "Top 10 Consumer-Favorite Cross-Border Brands," "Emerging Brand of the Year," and "Most Popular Trend Brand."

Tea Heritage & Entrepreneurship

During the pandemic, she founded the tea brand "Xiao Qiong Da Fu," dedicated to promoting Chaozhou’s Intangible Cultural Heritage and driving the development of her hometown's Dancong tea industry. In 2024, her tea was crowned the Grand Gold Award Champion (Tea King) at the inaugural Chaozhou Phoenix Dancong Tea International Competition.

Accreditation & Cultural Honors

She is an official practitioner of the National Intangible Cultural Heritage of Chaozhou Gongfu Tea Art, a 3rd-generation disciple of the legendary Dancong master Chen Xiangbai, and a National Senior Tea Evaluator. Recognized for her contributions, she has been named an "Intangible Cultural Heritage Ambassador" and a "Special Envoy for Chaozhou Culture Communication," and was prominently featured in the CCTV documentary series The Inheritors of Tea (《茶的传人》).

毕业于复旦大学，原P&G宝洁公司中国销售总监。

2014年开始创业，成功培育多个品牌从0到亿级规模。带领品牌获“十大最受消费者喜欢的跨境品牌”，“年度新锐品牌”，“最受欢迎趋势品牌”等奖项。

疫情期间创立小琼大富茶品牌，推广潮州非遗文化，助力家乡单丛茶发展，2024年获首届潮州凤凰单丛茶国际大赛特金奖茶王。

国家非遗潮州工夫茶艺传承人，单丛泰斗陈香白老师第3代传人，国家高级评茶师。

被授予“非遗推荐官”，“潮州文化传播特邀使者”，入选央视CCTV纪录频道《茶的传人》。
