SPECIAL EVENT Frequency & Breathwork
Align with your inner wisdom during an evening of Frequency & Breathwork. Join Kim Dick wth special guest Marinela Seremetkoska in a celebration of breath, sound & connection. We will introduce a somatic conscious circular breath series. This practice will guide you into a deeper connection with your body, allowing you to identify and become aware of imprints or patterns that may be stored within. As you breathe consciously and rhythmically, you’ll begin to recognize where these energies reside in your body, creating space to honour and release what no longer serves you. After the breath series, experience a deep release as you are transported to the cosmic realms with an immersive sound journey featuring many sacred instruments.
