About this Event
Join Rachel Cadrin and Sanra Loeser for a beautiful day of stepping away from the responsiblities of life to step fully into yourself.
Do you feel exhausted? As though you are being pulled in a million directions at once?
Take a gentle step back and disconnect from the hustle of life to reconnect with the power that lies within.
During this beautiful day retreat we will tap into the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and yoga to return home to our bodies. Through gentle yoga practice, breath work, meditation, yoga Nidra and art therapy we will shed the layers that limit us from attuning to ourselves.
A hearty vegetarian lunch is provided and snacks and tea will be availble throughout the day.
Please note: depending on insurnace coverage this workshop can be claimed through insurance a receipt will be emailed out after the event concludes.
Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle, blanket, pillow, and cozy clothing.
