Give yourself the gift of this wonderfully relaxing and restorative experience which combines Restorative Yoga with Crystal Healing and Reiki.While in Restorative postures, crystals will be placed on different parts of the body including hands, chest and abdomen as well as around your mat. The healing effects of the crystals will be enhanced with Reiki which is a form of energy healing in which the practitioner acts as an empty reed for universal life energy to flow through to the intended recipients.
