About Your Hosts:

In 2012, Kelly and Abigail discovered the power of the mother-daughter relationship when Kelly learned that her daughter, Abigail, had a plan to take her own life. This experience launched Kelly and Abigail on a journey of learning and growth, navigating the mental health arena, and developing strong communication skills.
Fast forward 12 years and what you will find are two people who truly see, support, and respect each other's similarities and differences. Who knows beyond a shadow of a doubt that we will be there for each other, as Pink says in her song All I Know So Far, “until the world blows up."
Kelly and Abigail are now passionate advocates for sharing the lessons learned on this journey. They are co-founders of The Mother Daughter Journey, Certified C.O.A.C.H.
