About this Event
Sarah shares stories about growing up with Greek heritage along with her family’s traditional recipes, a diet whose principles of healthy eating and fresh produce have guided Sarah’s holistic approach to health and wellness. Sarah says, ‘Growing Up with a Greek/Mediterranean influence in my home was such a blessing. Without me realizing, it was a start of my interest in cooking, herbs, spices and healthy eating’.
There will be a formal author talk, followed by 10mins of audience Q&A and 10mins for book purchase and signing.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
SARAH DI LORENZO is passionate about sharing her knowledge and empowering individuals to make informed choices about their wellbeing. She is a resident Clinical Nutritionist on the Seven Network’s Sunrise and Weekend Sunrise, a regular on ABC Radio, and a Columnist with New Idea and The Nightly. ABOUT THE VENUE:
MARRICKVILLE PAVILION AND LIBRARY is accessible by lift from both the street and ground levels. The venue is accessible for people using wheelchairs and other mobility aids. There is a hearing loop available.
