We all know mind-body connection and self-calming tools are invaluable in our daily lives.
Speakeasy’s Sprouts classes are designed to build and develop these skills through self-management and movement. Kids are invited to flow, play games and enjoy stories by exploring the practice of yoga and breath.
Children in grades K-3* are invited to move with us. No prior yoga or fitness experience is needed.
