Join us for this 4 week Kids Yoga class designed for kids 8+. Instructor Kim Schubert will lead this series, focusing on strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness.
NOTE: This is not a mommy & me class. Kids are expected to attend without parent involvement.
Kim Schubert received her Yoga Certification in 2019 from Day Yoga in Dayton, Ohio. She enjoys teaching and practicing vinyasa yoga focusing on linking breath with movement. In her free time, Kim loves to run and bake with her kids.
