This is a basic class on making sparkling wine. We will also cover nitrogen infused dessert wine. This class is designed for beginners who want to learn how to make sparkling wine at home on a small scale. Some limited hands on activities will be offered to volunteers in the class. Various equipment that can be used to make sparkling wine will be covered.
