Spanish Tapas!

Join Chef Fabi for an evening of tapas making! Learn how to make several different classic Spanish tapas! These dishes can easily be made into full meals so it's a win win for your mid-week recipe repetoire. Become a pro so you can go throw your own Spanish tapas party for your friends, family and holiday season. Chef Fabi will be teaching you a variety of tapas such as, gambas al ajillo, pan con tomate, patatas bravas, carne al ajillo, or pisto!

What to expect:

Class will include all instruction, tools, recipes and ingredients.

This class contains dairy, eggs and possibly shellfish.

This class can be dairy free and gluten free friendly. Please notify the chef immediately of any allergies so she can make the adjustments needed.

Chef Fabi has been teaching cooking classes for over 14 years. She attended culinary school 15 years ago and has worked in many kitchens since but found her love of being a cooking instructor along the way. She studied a variety of savory and sweet cuisines while in culinary school, including Asian cuisine and baking and pastry! Chef Fabi was born in Mexico to a Mexican and Spanish family and learned how to cook from her Mama, Fabiola. She now shares her families recipes in all of her cooking classes with you!
