Join us for a special wine class connecting the wines of Spain with the landscape of Paso Robles.

Special guest Edgar Torres, founder and winemaker of Bodega de Edgar, will guide us through six wines inspired by Spanish grape varieties and shaped by California’s Central Coast.

During the class, we will explore how grape varieties, climate, vineyard sites, and winemaking choices create distinctive expressions in the glass. Edgar will share his story, his approach to small-lot winemaking, and the Spanish influence behind Bodega de Edgar.

This is more than a tasting, it is a guided journey from Spain to Paso Robles with one of the region’s most engaging winemakers.
