$10 Venmo or Cash. We meet INSIDE the Roosevelt II Building (across the lawn from the Roosevelt Baths & Spa entrance). Look for the blue yard signs. Enter the building and turn right toward the women's restroom. Are you seeking more fulfillment, more peace in your life? More calmness, inner quiet... Joy? Join us on Sundays at Saratoga Spa State Park 11 am - 12 pm for a welcoming, fully guided practice devoted to your highest potential. Beginners welcome and encouraged. No experience is necessary. If you already practice meditation this is a great chance for "Satsang" i.e. gather with others who meditate to deepen your practice. If you've been curious about meditation but have yet to start practicing this is your invitation! Group meditation is a fantastic way to get started. The whole practice is guided and there are no prerequisites to meditation. There is no such thing as a 'good meditator' or a 'bad meditator' rather it's a matter of whether you choose it. Choose it! We'll have chairs and you can bring a blanked, towel or small pillow for support if you like or bring a mat and a cushion if you prefer to sit on the floor.
