Join Kate from KOS Sauna and Brenda from Yoga Mandali for this Full Moon Ritual + Sauna. As we begin to re-emerge from hibernation, we release what is no longer serving us and set our intentions to make space for all that we wish to grow and nourish
Join us as we all slowly start to unfurl, welcoming the light and shaking off the winter.
This ritual will include guided meditation, vision board journaling/intention setting, breathwork, burn (fire) ceremony, sauna with medicine drumming.
