SPA! Seedling Protection Activity @ Thomson Nature Park 15/08/2026
About this Event
We will be working at our reforestation site at Thomson Nature Park (TNP). We previously planted 150 trees at this site during our Buffer Parks restoration series since August 2024!
Join us as we continue to care for the planted trees by conducting periodic maintenance (i.e. weeding) to help them grow better.
This is a great opportunity to spend a morning outdoors, learn about forest restoration, and contribute to Singapore’s biodiversity efforts.
Getting there:
Meet us at 8.30 am directly at (next to Casuarina Curry Restaurant).
The nearest bus stops are Bef Yio Chu Kang Rd/Aft Yio Chu Kang Rd.

Attire:
- Long pants
- Covered shoes
Preparation
- Water bottle (at least 1L)
- A cap/hat
- Umbrella/raincoat
- Arm sleeves
- Sunscreen
- Insect repellent

Eat breakfast and hydrate before coming!

***Ridge View Residential College (RVRC) is a residential college of NUS which focuses on sustainability and workplace readiness.
