Kickstart the year with our exclusive SP SWEAT event at The Salad Project!

We’re bringing together mindfulness, movement, and delicious food for a morning to remember. Enjoy Jenki matcha, a standing grounding meditation led by @Steph_Cabrera, a 5K run around Hyde Park, and finish with salads and plenty of refreshments.

The event takes place on Saturday, 25th January, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at 45-47 Duke Street.
