Southmead Hospital NICU Observational Visit - Various Dates

Clinical staff visiting and learning in other neonatal units has wide ranging benefits, for the visiting staff, their base unit and the unit who hosts them, as practice sharing flows in both directions.

Observational visits can provide excellent mutual learning opportunities for senior staff, without the need for honorary contracts. The network is now facilitating the arrangement of these visits.

3 day mid-week block visits are preferred and so tickets are available to book 3 day blocks. Individual day visits are available, however if you are seeking to visit for more than 1 day in a year it is most beneficial for this to be in a block. If you are able to attend two dates within the same week you can book two back to back 1-day visits.

Please arrive by 08:15am at the latest and report to the NICU Reception.
