Everyone must be lined up and in place by 6.
Parade route is Truman waterfront to Whitehead, then front St, down Duval St.
Theme is Color the Island. So our group should to focus on bright COLORS, rainbow flags, etc.
No nudity or lewd behavior. No live fires.
