Come along to our AGM. All committee position will be vacant and will need filling. Positions we are needing to fill include:President: Leads meetings, generally someone who is great at delegating tasks and holding the team together.
Vice President: Someone who can step into positions when needed. Help the president to chair meetings.
Secretary: Someone who can take care of the records including membership records, meeting minutes and assist in the facebook PR.
Treasurer: Someone to take care of all the financial responsibilities of the club. Keep accounts organised and keep the bills paid.
Other Committee Positions available:
Show Secretary: Someone to create and distribute the nomination forms for shows, clinics and training days. Complete the paperwork required for a show.
Grant/Fundraising Coordinator: Someone to seek and apply for grants and to coordinate fundraising events.
Obstacle Maintenance and building: Someone to facilitate the building and the maintenance of the obstacles. To ensure that the obstacle are in good working order.
Please join us for a complimentary BBQ before the meeting. We are combining this event with a fun morning of riding more on this to come.
