Southern Creative Catalyst | MAKE

MAKE is a series of fast-paced evening events for people working at, or curious about, the intersection of technology, art, and the creative economy.

Each event is a show-and-tell for the creative tech-curious, featuring short flash talks from artists, technologists, designers, developers, creative businesses, and students sharing what they’re building, testing, or exploring right now.

• Short flash talks (typically 6 speakers, 6 minutes each)
• Real projects, processes, and experiments
• Creative uses of AI, XR, immersive, sound, games, creative coding, and digital tools

Slides are optional. Demos are encouraged. Half-finished ideas are welcome.

MAKE is part of Creative Catalyst, connecting people, ideas, and opportunities across the Central South’s creative economy. Each event is free, locally rooted, and open to anyone with curiosity.

The Southern Creative Catalyst series is organised with our lovely partners Venturefest South, the RSA, Hampshire Prosperity Partnership and Creative Network South.

To participate in this event, you will need to register for a ticket so that we can manage capacity. Our events are frequently oversubscribed so if you are subsequently unable to attend, please cancel your Eventbrite booking so we can make room for others on the Wait List.
