Liven up a traditional Southern meal with the distinctive flavors of Hatch chiles. You'll perfect your techniques as you fry; make a smooth and tasty cream gravy; infuse butter with balanced flavors; and create a delicious dessert.
for ages 18 & up. 21 or over? You'll enjoy a glass of wine that complements the meal at the end of class.
