Turn those kitchen aspirations into your tasty reality with hands-on help from our expert instructors! We’ll help whisk the intimidation right out of techniques like pasta-making, searing, baking, and more as you put together a complete Italian menu that is sure to impress any guest.

This class makes a great gift idea for those heading out into their own first kitchens soon, or for home cooks that just want to brush up on skills to make everyday meals easier and more exciting.

During class you’ll learn how to whip up a perfectly balanced vinaigrette, sharpen your knife skills, pan-sear chicken and create an easy pan sauce to pair with it, and bake a classic almond cake. Before you know it, you’ll become a seasoned kitchen pro. At the end of class you’ll get to sit back, pat yourself on the back, and enjoy the meal you’ve made.

You will be working in a small group. For ages 18 and up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy wine paired with your meal.

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
