This presentation will provide the background knowledge needed to help you safely manage projects, engage contractors effectively and ensure legal compliance.

What will be covered?

  • The scope of CDM 2015 and when the Regulations apply
  • Key duty holders and their responsibilities
  • Required documentation and record keeping
  • How to manage contractors safely and effectively
  • Practical steps to help ensure a safe and compliant project
