Come to our next gathering of Lakes climbers and walkers and get involved in the BMC.

Join us at Kendal Climbing wall for our area meeting & AGM on Wednesday 10th February 2027 to discuss any issues, raise concerns and catch up with what is happening in your local area.

We will be joined by guest speaker Wes Cole to hear all about running the winter spine race.

As this is the area AGM we will be voting in the local area representatives. (Only current local BMC members can vote) If you wish to volunteer for any of the local area roles please get in touch with the Area chair: [email protected] or contact: [email protected]

Area Meetings are run by volunteers and provide an opportunity for you to discuss issues and influence decisions affecting climbers and walkers locally and nationally, and to meet like-minded people and enjoy a sociable night out. Whether you're a regular or brand new, it's a chance to catch up with old friends and meet new ones.

All are welcome, BMC members and non-members
