South Bay CLT: Reed Street Meet

South Bay CLT is hosting a community learning space at its Reed Street fourplex from 11 am to 2 pm on Saturday, May 30th.

We are inviting our immediate neighbors on Reed Street, as well as the broader Santa Clara County community interested in learning how South Bay CLT’s innovative housing model works on the ground.

Meet the tenants who live there, and join us all for a community walking tour, light lunch, discussion, and music.

Topics will include but are not limited to; What is it like to live in a CLT property? How do CLTs impact the neighborhood? How can a CLT lead to home ownership? How can CLTs inspire a resurgent housing movement? How can we scale up CLTs?
